Refund & Satisfaction Policy
We stand behind the quality of every BookIntelReport dossier. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — refund eligibility depends on whether your report has been generated or accessed.
Refund Eligibility
IMPORTANT: Once a dossier has been generated or accessed, it is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund. Digital intelligence reports are non-refundable after delivery.
If you purchased a report and it has not yet been generated or accessed, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Contact us before initiating the scan to preserve your eligibility.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:
Please include your order confirmation email and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 1 business day of receiving your request.
Report Credit Bundles
For bundle purchases (5-pack or 10-pack report credits), the 7-day guarantee applies to the entire bundle if no credits have been used. If you have used one or more credits, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused credits only.
Example: If you purchased a 5-pack and used 2 credits, we will refund the value of the remaining 3 unused credits.
Exceptions & Limitations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- —The dossier has been generated or accessed — delivery is considered complete at the moment the report is produced.
- —Requests made more than 7 calendar days after the original purchase date.
- —Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, or automated scraping).
- —Referral credits or promotional credits — these are non-refundable as they were awarded at no charge.
- —Purchases where the buyer has accessed, downloaded, or exported any portion of the report content.
Technical Issues & Failed Reports
If your dossier failed to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will receive either a full refund or a free re-generation — whichever you prefer. Please contact us with your report ID and we will resolve it promptly.
